Verde Intelligent Portfolios

The Verde Intelligent Portfolios service model is for clients currently seeking professional investment management services. Clients answer a simple risk assessment so their Verde Advisor can select the best Verde curated model for their growth needs. These models are researched and evaluated quarterly by the Verde Capital Management Investment Committee. A minimum account balance of $5,000 is required for any VIP investment account. Accounts are rebalanced per the Verde model assigned on a regular basis with technology leveraged in partnership with Schwab. A VIP client can choose to transition to a different service model at any time by notifying their Verde Advisor.

The Verde Wealth Management service model is for individuals and families looking for custom and robust advice regarding everything from their investments to their retirement to their estate plan. Our advisors take special care to actively listen to the needs, dreams, and goals of each client to ensure our advice is tailored to help their financial plan work for them.

 

Once a plan is created, it is reviewed regularly, because we know that life changes often which means your plan needs to be flexible. Our advisors are passionate about educating our clients about how economic changes, market swings, life events, and other factors may affect their plan. Can you transfer from my existing accounts?

Yes! We can initiate the paperwork and manage the process to transfer your existing accounts. We use DocuSign for all client paperwork, so there’s no need for stacks of paperwork being sent through the mail.

How much money do I need to start with?

There are no account minimums for our VWM service model.

Do I have a dedicated account manager?

Yes! Clients in the VWM service model will have at least one dedicated financial planner. You may also interact with other team members for simple things like moving funds between accounts, updating your address, or general account maintenance needs.

Can you help me with my 401(k)?

Yes! We can help you analyze the investment options in your 401(k) and determine the best options for you based on your investment portfolio and financial plan as a whole. If you’d like, we can also trade and rebalance your 401(k) for you as well.

How do you get paid?

We have a Wrap Fee Program and an Income Based Fee Program. Our Wrap Fee Program is a fixed percentage, charged monthly, in arrears, based on your average daily account balance - also known as an Asset Under Management (AUM) Fee. Clients in the Wrap Fee Program also receive a price break on the fixed percentage charged as their portfolio at Verde achieves certain asset levels. Our Income Based Fee Program is paid monthly and is based on your annual income which is evaluated on an annual basis. This fee is for full financial planning, investment management, and our services. The monthly fee is paid even if you do not have any transactions and the advisory fee paid to us generally does not vary based on the type of investments selected.
