Who We Are

Founded in May of 2008 by Carl Szasz, Verde Capital Management is a money management and wealth management firm. With over 300 individual and institutional clients, Verde has clients as far away as Ireland and Costa Rica, but the majority of its clients are near its headquarters in Clarkston, Michigan.

Verde's financial advisors are focused primarily on helping people retire and transition their lives from a point where they work for their money, to a point where their money works for them. With a custodial relationship with Fidelity Institutional Wealth Services, Verde is able to offer its clients a variety of savings tools, investments, and account aggregation capabilities that empower clients to thrive financially.

In addition to helping individuals and families through a personal one on one relationship, Verde is instrumental in helping medium sized companies sponsor, maintain, and grow their retirement and 401k plans. Verde believes that the 401k and other company defined contribution plans are the best chance many individuals will have at securing a comfortable retirement. With pension plans and social security failing to cover even a fraction of what most people will need to retire, the 401k is more important than ever. Verde helps companies to navigate this complex and changing retirement plan landscape by taking on fiduciary liability and providing employees investment recommendations and investment management services. This approach allows a company to be free from the day to day rigors of managing a retirement plan and focus on what it does best; grow its core business.
